La Montañita is the family farm of Willyan Rojas, located in the hills of Huila, Colombia. Willyan runs the farm as a small, hands-on operation, closely involved in planting decisions, harvest timing, and day-to-day work on the coffee. This direct involvement allows decisions to be made season by season, responding to climate, ripeness, and the condition of the trees rather than fixed production targets.

This Pink Bourbon is washed and dried slowly to preserve sweetness and structure. Careful attention to fermentation and drying helps maintain balance and clarity through to the final cup. The result is an approachable, well-structured coffee with notes of caramel, dried apricot, and cacao, reflecting both the character of the varietal and the steady, practical approach taken at La Montañita.
