Basic Scale Instructions:

Place the scale on a flat, level surface and press the ON/OFF button. When the LCD screen shows “0.0”, press MODE to cycle through units of measurement. Place an item on the scale and allow the reading to show on the screen. A blue LED display makes reading the scale’s measurements easy on the eyes, even when it’s dark. The detachable lid/tray keeps the weighing platform safe when not in use and gives you a simple way to measure beans. If you forget to turn off the scales, the auto-off feature will kick in and preserve battery life.
