Introducing
Faver Emir Ninco
Faver Ninco’s coffee is a family effort, grown with care in the hills of Huila, Colombia. Coming from a long line of coffee producers, Faver fulfilled a childhood dream when he purchased Finca Costa Rica 25 years ago. Today, alongside his wife Andrea, he brings dedication to every step of the process, from planting to drying, to support their family and produce something truly special.
At 1,800 meters above sea level, Faver grows Caturra, Gesha, and Pink Bourbon beneath native shade trees. Ripe cherries are handpicked, rested, fermented for 48 hours, and dried slowly over 25 days. This is coffee made with pride, care, and a lot of heart, something Faver hopes will be enjoyed for many years to come.
