Since we’ve been able to get such delicious decaf coffees, we wanted to create a half-caff blend that allows folks to enjoy a large carafe of batch brew by themselves without feeling the effects of all the caffeine afterwards, yet still being incredibly delicious.

We think our decaf is exceptional, so that was a no-brainer. In terms of what to blend it with, we wanted something that was not only delicious but also added some acidity to the cup, as the decaf focuses on sweetness, without clashing with it. There is an art to choosing coffees to blend together, ensuring they complement rather than compete in the cup. This combination tasted best to us, as the La Guadalupe has a wonderfully balanced acidity and pairs so nicely with the sweetness of the decaf, resulting in a delicious, balanced cup!
