As a third-generation coffee grower, Zacarias Chavez was born with coffee running through his veins. Over 60 years later, at the age of 78, he’s still very much involved in managing the day to day operations of his farm. Zacarias, like many growers, has dedicated his life to producing exceptional coffee - and the beans produced at his farm are testament to this.

With a firm grip on quality, Zacarias - with a little help from his son and farm workers - aims to win the prestigious Cup of Excellence competition which will enable him to reinvest into post-harvest enhancements to further enhance the quality of his crops.
