How are orders shipped within Australia?

All our smaller orders are shipped via Auspost, with bigger packages booked in with an appropriate courier. Standard shipping times are dependant on your day and time of order, and receiving address. Retail orders over $50 or more will receive free standard shipping.

Do you ship overseas?

We are more than happy to send our coffee internationally – please send us an email at hello@modus.coffee to arrange a quote for delivery.

How long will my order take?

  • Perth Metro orders should arrive within 1-2 days of shipping

  • For all other metro areas orders should arrive within 1-3 days of shipping

  • For all other destinations orders should arrive within 3-10 days of shipping

 

Do I get a tracking number?

You will receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner once your order has been dispatched. Please hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding your order by emailing hello@modus.coffee

How do I change my order or shipping information?

Please contact us immediately if you require any order or shipping details to be amended. We will try our best to accommodate any amendments. However, we cannot guarantee that updates can be processed, as this is dependent on the stage of dispatch your order is in. You can contact us via email: hello@modus.coffee.

Can I return or exchange my order?

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. To lodge a return claim, please contact us via email: hello@modus.coffee
